Everything you need to know before your rental.

What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID), a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience, and your vehicle's OR/CR if applicable. For renters aged 21–25, an additional young driver surcharge applies.
Can you deliver the car to my location?
Yes! We offer vehicle delivery and pick-up service for an additional fee of ₱1,000 anywhere within Metro Manila. For locations outside Metro Manila, please contact us for a custom quote.
What happens if I return the car late?
After that, overtime charges apply: ₱200/hour for 5-seater vehicles (Vios) and ₱250/hour for 7-seaters (Xpander). Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a late return.
Is the mileage limited? Will I be charged per kilometer?
No. Mileage is unlimited — drive as much as you want, anywhere within Luzon, with zero per-kilometer charges. Whether it's 100 km or 1,000+ km, the rate stays the same.
Can I drive the car outside Metro Manila?
Absolutely! Our vehicles can be driven anywhere in Luzon Island. We serve provincial trips, Baguio/Tagaytay getaways, and more. Just inform us of your destination at booking for proper coordination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, GCash, Maya, and direct bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank). Full payment or a reservation deposit is required to confirm your booking. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
Do you offer a chauffeur/driver service?
Yes! We offer a chauffeur/driver service for those who prefer to sit back and relax. The driver fee is separate from the rental rate. Contact us directly for chauffeur availability and pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons (Holy Week, Christmas, New Year). For same-day rentals, contact us directly to check availability — we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of vehicles from AVEUZ Car Rental ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing our website, mobile application, or booking a vehicle, you ("Renter", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Age Requirements: You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (minimum 2 years driving experience). For drivers aged 21–25, an additional charge of PHP 500–1,000 per day may apply.

Valid Documentation: You must present a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID), a valid driver's license, and a vehicle registration document (OR/CR).

3. RENTAL TYPES & SERVICES

Self-Drive Rental, Long-Term Rental, and Chauffeur Service are available. All standard driving laws and safety regulations must be adhered to.

4. BOOKING & RESERVATION

Reservations can be made online via our website, mobile application, or by contacting our office directly.

5. RENTAL FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

Daily, weekly, monthly, and hourly rates are confirmed at booking.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date will forfeit the down payment.

7. VEHICLE CONDITION & INSPECTION

You must inspect the vehicle at pickup and note any pre-existing damage on the Vehicle Checklist Report provided.

8. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including accidents, collisions, theft, vandalism, and damage caused by negligence or misuse.

9. FUEL & TOLL POLICY

The vehicle will be delivered with a half tank of fuel and a ₱300 toll load. The renter is required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level (half tank) and a ₱300 toll load. Upon return, any deficiency will be charged accordingly. Excess fuel and toll balance are non-refundable.

10. VEHICLE USE & RESTRICTIONS

Prohibited activities include: off-road driving, racing, use for driving lessons, unlawful purposes, towing commercial cargo, smoking/vaping inside the vehicle, and use for ride-sharing services without authorization.

11. RENTAL PERIOD & LATE RETURNS

Late Return Charges: 5-seater: PHP 200/hour; 7-seater: PHP 250/hour.

12. VEHICLE TRACKING & MONITORING

All AVEUZ vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. AVEUZ may monitor vehicle location and contact you if there are concerns.

13. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS & ACCIDENTS

The renter is responsible for all traffic violations incurred during the rental period. In the event of an accident, AVEUZ must be notified within 30 minutes, and a police incident report must be secured. All NCAP penalties and fines will be charged to the registered driver who submitted their driver’s license for the booking.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Booking & Rental Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, driver's license number, vehicle registration document details, emergency contact information, and preferred pickup/return locations.

GPS Vehicle Tracking: Real-time location data, route history, speed, and driver behavior metrics transmitted continuously during the rental period.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Rental processing, payment collection, vehicle security and GPS tracking, insurance claims management, customer communication, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular security audits.

5. GPS VEHICLE TRACKING

All AVEUZ rental vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices. By accepting the rental vehicle, you consent to continuous GPS tracking. Disabling or tampering with the GPS device is grounds for immediate rental termination.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. COMPLIANCE

AVEUZ complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For complaints, contact the National Privacy Commission at www.privacy.gov.ph.
